Self love is the greatest gift to reconnect to your inner essence.

We have been going through many challenges on our journey in life, it is march 2022 now and new energies have entered, we have just had a new moon, some will be feeling, it but the good news is anything that is coming up to neutralise is a bonus, keep your frequencies flowing, keep grounded, be the peace and love that you truly are a divine sovereign being having human life experience, we are truly needed in society, as more is unfolding in the public domain, from one fear to another if you allow it into your field, to focus on yourself and ie do meditations, tai chi or yoga whatever assist you to keep centered, is a beautiful feeling, yes feeling when you are connected back into your heart divine love is amazing radiance, expands. words are very important. What will come to light over the next few years will be quite amazing and quite shocking. But the truth is unconditional love is the most important feeling. We are all gifted and have many gifts, one of the most important experiences is to feel/be divine love and when we work on ourselves, if it be via facilitators or alternative therapists, it is the most beautiful gift you are giving to yourself, and actually your family, partners, humanity, as it ripples out like throwing a stone in a pond the effect is ripples, that is how our energy works. Amazing and very true, It does not matter what we have experienced in life, it is part of our journey, what matters is you neutralise patterns and programmes and shine the beacon of light you truly are. Be love, be kind, be compassionate, be unconditional love. create your reality, take back your self empowerment, it is extremely important to be so aware you have to go through the process all facilitators unlock, support, and assist you in your process, and yes facilitators, depending on how much deep work they have attained their gifts that are very powerful to remove entities that have attached on to your fields, which is just prove it is very real. And it is going to become more apparent in the reality of the world that is unfolding, We are here in service,(please note service is not the 3d word) changes are unfolding a quickening is unfolding, hold on tight as my guides/team are downloading me with, so much information and confirmation is unfolding. joy, happiness, laughter upliftment. Try and pull yourself out of lower energies or if you can not then go searching go put it out to the unverse, to bring the right facilitator on your path. Unity is the only way and yes you have to learn to reconnect as unity as not been on earth for many many eons of time. Much lovelight to all shine your beacon and be the divine love from within.
