Re- Connect

In this present moment so much is unfolding, know that what ever is unfolding on your journey, it is to clear, it is enlightening, it is to understand you are a divine being experiencing a human life, we have to be aware of who we really are, this is a journey. Reconnecting to you inner essence, it is about uniting with all like minded ( I would say). When you are vibrating from you heart centre, your field will expand and you will find that suddenly you are reconnecting to those that are, and have been working on their own energy. Like the light bulb that suddenly comes on the aha moment. Meditation, being in nature reconnecting to nature is very important. Breathing is very important the right way, deep into your lungs, stomach. Keeping your space clear is also important, I would highly recommend Qi Gong, learning to feel your energy is quite an amazing feeling. On this journey it is challenging but through these challenges, are gifts, your tools. Expanding who you really are is quite an amazing journey. We are at a pivotal point in humanity, what has been hidden is being revealed all over the globe, this earth plane, or rather Gaia is revealing so much, how misinformation, food has been interfered with, water has been polluted, air has been polluted. So much it is time to stand up strong take back you energy sovereignty, love kindness is the only way forward. Yes stand your ground when you are being interfered with, when free choice is being interfered with, No consent to interference. Being in the present is very important, we have to learn this to practice this, as so much distraction has unfolded over the generations, misinformation, control and abuse, dominance over the generations. We are rising now and witnessing what has been hidden, now the truth is being revealed at long last. All that have recycled, reincarnated, it is time to clear the old ways, old patterns, old programmes to be your shining beacon of love light. New ways are unfolding over the coming years ahead, many will be astounded, amazed of the power we have inside us as our uniqueness becomes reality. We are energy it is time relearn to reconnect to who we truly are. Only now what has been hidden for so long like taking the plasters of the wounds will you truly know, who you really are. Put some music on to uplift you energy if needed, reconnect with nature if needed, do something kind for yourself, it may be something small or something large but most of all laugh and laugh, comedies are great for uplifting. Take some time just for you as you are important you are needed, but most of all know you are loved.
